As we delve into the European market for Shoot'em Up games on the Android platform, the first quarter of 2021 has shown some interesting trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a closer look at the top five games in this category.

1945 Air Force: Airplane games, a title by 1SOFT, demonstrated a decline in downloads from 176K in the last week of December to 119K by the end of March. Revenue also showed a dip, falling from $34K to $25K in the same period. Weekly active users peaked at 834K in mid-January before settling to 646K at quarter's end.

Another title from 1SOFT, Galaxy Attack: Shooting Game, saw its downloads fluctuate, with a notable spike to 163K in mid-March. Revenue had a high of $50K in early February but ended the quarter at $47K. The game maintained robust weekly active users, starting at 939K and finishing with 1.09M.

Zynga's Gun Gang had a remarkable increase in downloads from the beginning of January (112K) to a peak in late February (167K), but then experienced a decline to 59K by the end of March. Weekly active users saw a similar trend, with a high of 355K in late February before dropping to 186K.

The trend for Space shooter - Galaxy attack showed a steady number of downloads, with a slight increase from 97K to 110K over the quarter. Revenue varied, with a low of $14K in mid-January, climbing to a high of $25K by quarter's end. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 476K and finishing at 585K.

Lastly, Archero from Habby experienced a downward trend in both downloads and revenue. Downloads decreased from 96K to 49K, while revenue dipped from $198K to $88K over the quarter. Weekly active users showed a decline from 675K in late December to 551K in late March.
